Meanwhile; CA and Silicon Valley continue to grow. Just ask a local residential real estate how the market is behaving in terms of price and multiple offers.

Next time you talk to Larry Stone, ask him if he used county equipment (computers, internet, etc) and county time to participate in this debate in which he argues against Prop 15. The room sure looks big for a home office.

Looks like we need some SB 35 high density developments in Saratoga, Monte Sereno, and Los Altos Hills. Their % growth was too low.
