Sure, a small % are just “camping” but many of these “camps” are filled with people who are mentally ill, using drugs – and stealing from neighbors and other places (ever see the amount of bikes or tools at these “camps”). They are high on meth – having episodes of psychosis and pooping/peeing where they sleep. These terms like “camping” makes it sound like families playing the guitar around a campfire – whereas these are public health emergencies that are festering day in and day out for all to see.
